This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on LinkPickr. If you have a problem, contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

Quick summary

Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once a download link is delivered or the product is accessed — except where required by law or where a product is clearly not as described. If something isn’t working, we’ll try to fix it first.

1) Digital products

LinkPickr offers digital products such as downloadable files, templates, resources, and WordPress-related items. Digital products are typically delivered instantly after purchase (for example via download link, account access, or email).

Because instant delivery makes returns impractical, refunds are limited once a product has been delivered or accessed, unless required by law.

2) When a refund may be approved

We may approve a refund in situations such as:

  • Product not as described (a material difference between what was promised and what was delivered).
  • Technical issue we can’t resolve after reasonable troubleshooting (for example, the file is corrupted or unusable).
  • Duplicate charge or accidental duplicate purchase of the same item.
  • Required by law based on your location and applicable consumer protection rules.

In most cases, we’ll try to fix the issue first (help with setup, provide updated files, or offer an alternative solution).

3) When a refund is not available

Refunds are typically not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Compatibility issues with your specific setup (theme conflicts, plugin conflicts, hosting limits), unless the product explicitly promised compatibility.
  • Incorrect purchase if you selected the wrong product/license, unless we can confirm it was an obvious mistake and the product was not accessed.
  • Failure to follow instructions or requirements listed on the product page.
  • Third-party tools and services bought on other websites (see Affiliate section below).

Note: If you offer multiple license tiers, you can add rules here about upgrading/downgrading licenses.

4) How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at aldewaghry2016@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number (if available).
  • The product name.
  • A short explanation of the issue.
  • Screenshots or error messages (if relevant).
  • Your WordPress version, theme, and hosting provider (if it’s a technical issue).

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues much faster through support.

5) Processing time

If a refund is approved, we’ll process it to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider and your bank, but it typically takes [3–10 business days].

6) Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we may be unable to provide support and we may restrict future purchases. We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction and communication records to the payment provider to respond to chargeback claims.

7) Affiliate links & third-party purchases

LinkPickr may include affiliate links to third-party websites. If you buy a product on another website through an affiliate link, that purchase is handled by the third party — including their billing, delivery, and refund rules.

For third-party purchases, please contact the vendor directly and review their refund policy.
